سياسة الشحن والتوصيل - Delivery and shipping policy

يلتزم متجر الصندوق الامن بتوفير خدمة التوصيل المجاني لجميع عملاء المتجر داخل المملكة العربية السعودية 
رسوم شحن مجانية عند الشراء بمبلغ 150 ريال وأكثر

تعتمد مدة الشحن والتوصيل على حسب كمية المنتجات التي تم شراءها من قبل العميل وتوفرها , حيث ان مدة الشحن والتوصيل تكون خلال 14 يوم حتى 30 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب لدى المتجر

عزيزي العميل, بعض المنتجات الغير متوفرة لدينا نقوم بطلبها من المصنع لتوفيرها لك بالتالي سوف تأخذ وقت  أطول في الشحن والتوصيل, لكن المنتجات المتوفرة بالفعل لدينا يتم توصيلها خلال 3-5 أيام

يتم انشاء امر توصيل وتحويله الى شركة الشحن فور استلام الطلب من قبل المتجر 

يتم ارسال رقم التتبع الخاص بشركة الشحن فور جهازية طلب العميل للتوصيل

Free Shipping when Buying 150 SAR and Above

The shipping and delivery period depends on the quantity and availability of the products purchased by the customer , it will take a maximum period from 14 days to 30 days from the date order received by our employees 

Dear customer, some unavailable products , we order it from the factory to provide it for you, so it will take longer time for shipping and delivery. But  products which is already available in store, will be delivered within 3-5 days 

A delivery order is created and transferred to the shipping company immediately upon receiving the order by our employees 

The shipping company's tracking number is sent when the customer's order is ready for delivery
